I'm on day 18 and having non stop sugar cravings. Im eating by the book and drinking 80-100 oz water a day. Not sure what im doing wrong?

Sample day:

2 eggs, 2 cups spinach, grape tomatoes and 5-6 small roasted potatoes in olive oil. Cup of coffee with nutpot creamer.

Lettuce wrap with 2 slices applegate farm turkey, 1/2 avocado,  tomatoes and mustard. Or a salad with avocado, olives, tomatoes,  carrots, and a protein.

Afternoon snack is usually apple slices with teaspoon of almond butter or hand full of walnuts with 5 dried apricots or ants on a log with almond butter.

Usually 4oz chicken or steak, with either roasted cauliflower (in olive oil) or broccoli over sweet potatoe or potatoe mash.

Try eating more. When eggs are your only protein in a meal, have as many whole eggs as you can hold in your hand -- that's probably 3-4 for most people. Add some fat to breakfast, in addition to the oil you cook in, as some of that can be left in the pan and isn't actually consumed -- dip your potatoes in mayo or ranch, or have some avocado.

Is that two slices of the sandwich sliced turkey? You want your serving of protein to be at least the size of the palm of your hand, length, width, and height, so two slices is probably not enough.

Ideally you stay satisfied from your meals 4-5 hours and don't need a snack, but if you do, try to have protein, fat, and vegetables, or at least two of the three.
