Tami O'Brien Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 Thought I had already posted here but.... Anyway, just completed my first 7 days ever with W30. Things I've learned; 1. I think I'm addicted/was to the cream & sugar rather than the coffee! 2. I had always been lead to believe I was hypoglycemic and needed to eat frequently. It is so freeing not to have to pack 4 small meals for work(12 hour shifts). I can use a smaller lunch bag! 3. Coconut milk is awesome!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
