Day 1: Anxious and excited

Hey @Rebecca001! I disappeared from here but that doesnt mean I didn't keep the whole 30. I tried my best in april/may to keep compliant but I couldn't do it 100%. It was my birthday and a friends birthday, so you know...

I'm feeling crappy today, as yesterday we had this birthday and I ate absolutely everything I shouldn't. I could feel the anxiety coming. 

So today I'm taking it easy and tomorrow I plan to start another whole30 and be 100% compliant. 

This time I plan to cut down in dried fruits and nuts, as I had much of them last time. 

Do you all have any suggestions for another whole30? I was thinking about maybe doing a whole60, but I'll take things as it comes!

I AM MEGA EXCITED FOR THIS SECOND ONE! It's gonna be great!

 

My plans for day 00 (today):

- Plan my weekly meals

- Read a bit about the whole30

- Do some grocery

- Remove from home what I can't eat

- Enjoy a last piece of sweet
