I have been doing paleo 95% to 100% over the last year, this did included dairy, and at rare times, I may have had some rye bread. Sugar is my problem even though I was using Rapadura, raw honey and dates it still caused problems, always hungry and craving for more.. This time I need to clean up my act, Sugar along with dairy is now out, and coffee. I detoxed from coffee prior to starting to save me from disaster. . Ive taken it further and doing a auto immune protocol, due to ongoing skin condition and some odd complaints I have had. Like you, I had switched to a Paleo diet before I found Whole30 so innocently thought there wouldn't be that much difference. Wowser, on W30 my diet just feels so much cleaner and better. I love the simplicity of it.
