aug
I work overseas and i am on day 14 of my first whole 30. The process is something i am used to and have done previous diets so the sugar cravings are not that bad but i am trying to stay within the guidlines and due to the limited use of good food i have found some Golden berry's while doing some shopping. I have searched through the bood and did not find them on there unless they fall under exotic fruits which is what i am guessing but i just want to make sure they fall within the guide lines before i touch them. Thanks for the time.
Johnny M
Yes I would just treat it like a fruit or berry.
Andrea D.
Goldenberries are typically a dried fruit...if so make sure they don't contain any added sugar or seed oils and of course in moderation. They sure are yummy and full of antioxidant goodness!
