Day 7 - and my biggest A-HA moment yet!

Ok, I get it - 8 hours of sleep is what it is all about! I am on Day 7 and have had trouble getting to sleep at night because I have so much more energy this past week.

Amazon delivered a yummy treat - My ISWF and Well Fed books! So I tucked into bed at 9:30 and began devouring my new books. Lights out at 10:30pm and I woke up at 6:30am so much more rested and ready to tackle the day.

Isn't it great? When I was growing up, my dad always made me feel guilty for sleeping (yes, really), so I always got up early (even when I went to bed late) for fear of his judgment. Sleep is for the weak, in his opinion, I guess. It's taken some time to get over that hangup, but now I sleep when I need it, guilt-free. :D
