Is this part of sugar detox as have not had a yeast infection in a while. I was drinking quite a bit of wine and eating all the things... high sugar diet. So maybe this is candida die off ? SD60ish Posted January 10, 2023 Share Posted January 10, 2023 Day 8 I started getting symptoms of a yeast infection which I haven't had for years...I'm 60's and over all feelings great following Whole30. Reading all the comments are really helpful though I'd love to hear "and it cleared up when i..."...? Tea tree I will try because I'm a huge fan though could be tricky to apply..
