Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 A lot of probiotics have trace amounts of dairy or soy so be sure to check for that...In the success guide W9 recommends skipping the probiotics during the W30. I personally need probiotics for my digestive health and because I travel for a living so after my first W30 (probiotic free) I have decided to keep them in my daily supplementation. I use Probiotic Max DF from Xymogen...I get them from my naturopath...http://www.xymogen.com/2008/formula.asp?code=000255 they are vegetarian, dairy and gluten free.
