Vlyday
I am a 1st timer to W30. I exercise at 9:00 am. I wake up hungry and like to eat something around 6 or 7. After exercising, I have been told it's good to eat protein. Is it in compliance to divide up my breakfast? Fruit when I wake up and eggs after exercise as an example. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 27, 2021 Moderators Share Posted April 27, 2021 You'd be better off eating your breakfast when you wake up hungry and then eating a small post workout meal (hardboiled egg for instance) after your workout. https://whole30.com/whole30-pre-workout-post-workout/
