Moderators ShannonM816 Posted April 28, 2021 Moderators Share Posted April 28, 2021 The organic ones appear to be fine. Always read labels and be sure that the container you actually have in your hands is one that is Whole30 compatible.

Soy is not compatible with Whole30 rules, so you'll have to skip that sauce during your Whole30. Crackers fall under the no re-creating baked goods rule, so no crackers are compatible with Whole30 regardless of their ingredients.

I also found Siete Almond Flour grain free tortillas that are Paleo, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and vegan. Now I’m thinking that these tortillas fall into the category of not being able to combine ingredients and eat something.

Regardless of the ingredients, if it is recreating a baked good with compatible ingredients, it still remains incompatible. - Siete products are great for your food freedom but they are not compatible with the Whole30.
