Day 26 for real this time:

Sleep: Pretty good.  I've been falling asleep so late and then waking up so late- I'd like to adjust this.

M1: Smoothie

M2: A hard boiled egg and strawberries

M3: Slow cooked ribs and sauteed kale

Mood: Okay, very brain foggy

Note: I went back and re-counted the days because I felt like I was off, and it looks like I accidentally skipped day 13.  Whoops!  I'm like a hotel, no 13 here.
