Leslie Fon Posted June 7, 2021 Share Posted June 7, 2021 I always get sick on whole30 because when I'm hungry, I eat fruit or vegetables. This causes a lot of acid in my stomach. I wish I could eat bread or crackers to take a break and settle but that would be cheating... does anyone have anything that could help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
