Sick to stomach from snacking on too much fruit and vegetables

I always get sick on whole30 because when I'm hungry, I eat fruit or vegetables. This causes a lot of acid in my stomach. I wish I could eat bread or crackers to take a break and settle but that would be cheating... does anyone have anything that could help?

Could you try eating more of a mini meal instead of just plain fruit or veg? A hardboiled egg and some mayo, some leftover chicken, meatballs with avocado etc... along with your fruit/veg.
