This will be my first W30 round and I’m concerned about my egg allergy. I get horrible migraines from eggs and I’m lactose intolerant. I’ve been a vegan for about a year and I can try to include some animal protein in order to complete the w30 But my concern is how do I go around eggs and dairy?

Well dairy shouldn't be a problem because it's not compatible with the program in any form.

As for eggs, you definitely don't have to eat them - usually people who are worried about eggs are thinking about standard breakfasts but we're big proponents of eating whatever you eat for other meals at breakfast which opens up a world of non egg possibilities.
