I want to GAIN weight

I started the program mid-December and as of 1/2/13 completely immersed myself in Whole 30. Since then, I have lost approximately 10 pounds. The problem is I've always been very thin and now I can see my ribs. What can I do to put back some weight on my very thin frame. Everything else is working well. I no longer have GERD, I have an appetite all the time, I can taste my food, I have lots of energy and I feel positive and happy. Then I look in the mirror and can see my ribs! What should I be adding to my three meal a day plan to gain some healthy weight?

Thanks for the advise. It makes sense so I've already started to eat more.

I'm 75 years old and stopped running a few years ago but still walk a few miles every day. I do a lot of lifting and work

on my 6 acre land and now that I have so much energy there's no end in sight. Thanks to Whole9life.
