Meat: If you could afford only 1 type clean/grass fed...

I want to be a member at your co-op! The bulk of my bill at my co-op comes from grass fed beef. Ground beef, in particular, is a concern to me because if I cook conventional ground beef and don't remove the fat, I am consuming the toxins of that conventional beef. I just feel better knowing the FAT of the animal I consume is not going to be toxic to me.

Based on that, I would choose the beef!

wow, this is hard....I have easy access to grass fed beef, otherwise that would be my first choice. I might choose eggs, although I agree with Renee...a dozen wouldn't go far. It would be a toss up for me between chicken & ground pork I think.
