I reading (and rereading) the recipe in the book it refers to mixing quite a bit of the "taco mix" but only tells you when to add one tablespoon. I'm sure there's an error in how it's written. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted September 3, 2021 Moderators Share Posted September 3, 2021 I think the taco mix seasoning does make extra, seal it in an air tight container and use it another time season ground meat, chicken, potatoes, or whatever you want to have a taco flavor.
