Hi! I’m on Day 4 of Whole 30 and I’m experiencing a lot of muscle weakness and fatigue. I’ve done this program a few times and have never felt this way before. I’m a runner and have two races upcoming in the next few weeks and am a little worried about my energy levels. I generally eat very well, but I am a pescatarian who found myself eating too many carbs, hence my decision to do this program. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
