I got covid two days ago and am so thankful to be on this because, normally when I am sick with no appetite, bread and cookies are an easy option but now I am choosing almonds and fruit instead when I can't seem to stomach much. Covid is throwing me off on how I am supposed to be feeling and I hope that it will get back to regular afterwards and I can stick to it through it! Any suggestions from when you were sick during a whole 30 - here and there I get nervous I am going to reach for the easier less healthy stuff because I don't have an appetite?
