Andycivil
I finished Whole 30 on September 30th, and finished reintroduction this past weekend. Sunday was my first day “normal”. I’ve stuck largely to the Whole 30 since coming off just because I like the way I feel now. However, in the last 5 or 6 days I’ve developed terrible joint pains. I’m very active, so it could be unrelated to The Whole 30. I’ve looked into “nightshades” just a little. I ate a lot of potatoes throughout the program, and have eaten more red, yellow, and orange peppers in the last few weeks. Has anyone seen something similar? Any suggestions? Lorna from Canada
After several W30s I discovered I get severe joint pain when I eat oatmeal! Boring, plain, "heart healthy" oatmeal whether it's for breakfast or in a cookie. You say you're eating "mostly" W30 so it could be something quite unassuming that isn't W30. I found it took me several W30s to get my reintroductions clear.
