Joint Pain AFTER Whole 30? Help please

I finished Whole 30 on September 30th, and finished reintroduction this past weekend.  Sunday was my first day “normal”.  I’ve stuck largely to the Whole 30 since coming off just because I like the way I feel now.  However, in the last 5 or 6 days I’ve developed terrible joint pains.  I’m very active, so it could be unrelated to The Whole 30.  I’ve looked into “nightshades” just a little.  I ate a lot of potatoes throughout the program, and have eaten more red, yellow, and orange peppers in the last few weeks.  Has anyone seen something similar?  Any suggestions?

After several W30s I discovered I get severe joint pain when I eat oatmeal! Boring, plain, "heart healthy" oatmeal whether it's for breakfast or in a cookie.  

You say you're eating "mostly" W30 so it could be something quite unassuming that isn't W30.  I found it took me several W30s to get my reintroductions clear.
