Is this a sign I shouldn't be eating this?

I went to whole foods today for lunch and got a grass fed burger-no bun & sauteed veggies on the side. I grilled the order taker to make sure everything was OK for Whole30.

Burger had raw onions and veggies had more that were only slightly cooked.

I have been burping onions all afternoon, is this a sign I should be staying away from raw onions? Or did I just eat too many and it's a normal side effect.

I don't remember pre-Whole30 if they had the same affect or not.
