Hello out there in Whole 30 land. So I tried the whole 30 diet, was not at all convinced it was going to do anything. I liked it so much, I turned it into the Whole 95 diet. I really feel the difference. I believe that sugar and flour are my worse enemy's. I have had 4 lumbar back surgery's and they have left me with a terrible spine pain and a drop left food. On the diet I lost about 12- 14 lbs, but I  really want to loose another 14 lbs, I think it will help my mobility, I am 72 yrs old, not able exercise a-lot, thinking of partial fasting, any thoughts.
