Instant Pot Brazilian Seafood Stew (pg.248 of slow cooker book)

Help! I'm new with an instant pot which is why I may be confused with this recipe... It shows a 25 minute closed pot time on the top corner of the page but the instructions only mention cooking on high pressure for 2 minutes and the using quick release. Anyone can help translate this? Already bought ingredients and wanna get it right!
