I have been paleo on and off for the past year and would like to make a serious commitment to the lifestyle once and for all. I think this program is the best way to get in the mindset and make real changes to my body and mind. If anyone else is starting on this date or even after I would love to correspond with fellow forum members for support and insight. Look forward to this journey with you all.
