Bad day, week, month...

Life has been stressful lately, so much so that I want to scream, but living in an apartment discourages such behavior. Right now I am about 90/10 when it comes to the Whole30. Once a month we decide to have a food that we banished to the inner circle of hell. Tonight we tried pizza and it was blegh at best. Pizza is now off the list of foods to try. Yay! However, tonight I caved and stopped for some peanut butter cookies that I used to love. I bought a dozen and ate them ALL! I feel disgusted with myself and sick, in that the cookies didn't stay down. I've learned my lesson. I need to get back on track and in control. Whew. I needed to get that out! Thanks!

You bring up something that I'm finding - what used to be my comfort foods no longer provide comfort. I've actually been turning to spaghetti squash. I know. Weird.

Here's hoping your stress decreases, your level of ease increases, and may your comfort foods truly bring comfort.
