So much SOY in foods, even if not on ingredient list.

My husband and I will be doing our second W30 and since doing our first, I've become way more aware of what's in our food.  I notice many times, I'll read the ingredient list and think "Ok!" but then at the bottom I'll see the phrase "This product contains soy."  Not it may, but it does!  So my question is do I stay away from those 100%  during my first 30 days?
