Day 5… feeling extremely tired. Like, sleeping 9-10 hrs a night and still feeling sluggish during the day, sometimes needing a nap. Am I missing something in my diet (more carbs??). Or should I be concerned about another health issue?

It's not unusual to feel pretty tired for the first week or so, so it might be nothing to worry about. Make sure your meals match the meal template (Download it here: https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/), drink plenty of water, and if you still feel like this in a few days, come back and list a day or two of typical meals and we can see if it looks like there's anything you might need to change.
