sc1904 0
I saw that in 2017 Laird Superfood’s Aquamin ingredient was considered compliant, but I’m starting a new Whole 30 on Monday and have been using Laird’s new Aloha Oatmac creamer at work so I thought I’d confirm this wasn’t hiding any non-compliant ingredients and share that of all the Laird creamers I think this one is by far the best! Using a frother helps a lot to actually make it creamy. I have three kids and zero ability to remember to keep fresh creamer at work so I bought something shelf stable to take the edge off a particularly dark blend we’ve got at the office these days. SchrodingersCat 740
Oats are a grain and are not allowed on Whole30.
