SWYPO: Sex With Your Pants On ("Paleo"-fied treats like Paleo-brownies) ISWF: It Starts With Food (Whole30's book) WOD: Workout of the Day Pre-wo: Pre-Workout Post-wo: Post-Workout Those are the ones I see most often, but let me know if there's any other terms you need to explain.
