Adelicia
I will be reintroducing walnuts on day 31 (Jan. 31st) to verify if I'm sensitive to them-- I have been avoiding them for the duration of my whole30 (along with all the Whole30 non-compliant food) and a few other nuts, except for cashews, as I don't have reason to suspect that I could be sensitive to them-- but I'm wondering if using walnuts as my fat for each meal on that day is a good idea or not, as I noticed that walnuts are in the "limit" section of the Whole30 shopping list. Any thoughts?
Aliem999
It's one day and they are also compliant. I think if you did that every day during your whole30 it would be an issue but since you are trying to see if you are sensitive to them I think putting it into at least two meals (or all) would be perfect
