Lucia Torres Posted January 29, 2022 Share Posted January 29, 2022 Hello, I’m on day 5 of Whole 30 and had allergies, I looked a the label for this generic Allegra and I only saw the main ingredient part, after I took it, I realized there was an inactive ingredient list at the bottom of the bottle and one of them is corn starch!!! I’m very mad at myself because I’ve been trying so hard to stay compliant. Do I have to start over again? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It would be very difficult if not impossible to find something for allergies that doesn't contain it. But maybe your allergies will eventually improve and you won't need it! Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 29, 2022 Moderators Share Posted January 29, 2022 Correct, we would never suggest you suffer because you can't find compatible meds... if it was something like a vitamin or supplement, we'd suggest leaving it off for the 30 days but allergy meds, like headache meds are sort of a gray area and I would take them if you need them.
