DKoalska Posted February 9, 2022 Share Posted February 9, 2022 My husband and I are on day 35 of our whole 30. He has an autoimmune disease so we went a bit longer for him. He has had consistent stomach gurgling and movement in his tummy. No bloating or diarrhea. There isn’t pain, just a constant gurgle that gets uncomfortable. What could be causing this? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted February 9, 2022 Moderators Share Posted February 9, 2022 I would cut out the nut granola - nuts are notoriously hard on the stomach and having them every day and in a quantity that I assume is more than around 4-5 almonds could definitely be contributing.
