Cannellini Bean Dip

Found this on @dianemorrisey instagram, but she has no website to link. 


Cannellini Bean Dip

2 (15oz) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Zest of one lemon
2/3 cup olive oil
2 tbls hot water
1/2 cup fresh herbs. I used parsley and dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch Chili flakes

Place everything in a food processor Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped. Check for seasoning. You may want to add more olive oil, lemon juice or hot water to get it to the consistency you want.
