SaraJaneBrook
I noticed one of my recipes described 1batch = 8 servings. I’m pretty sure in the noted cooking dish size (8x6) that 1/8th is NOT gonna be a satisfying amount. Since we don’t count calories etc., and I think I’ve read eat until you’re full, is it okay to go beyond a serving size? Thanks-still learning-on day 11! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 18, 2022 Moderators Share Posted February 18, 2022 Regardless of what the recipe says, you should aim to make your meals match the meal template (Download it here: https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/). Everyone is different, so that serving size may have worked for the person who made the recipe, or they might serve it as part of a larger meal, who knows. But you definitely want to eat as much as you need to, no matter what their serving size says.
SaraJaneBrook
Shannon-thanks. I find there is so much info-and GOOD info-that I sometimes forget what I’ve seen.
