Late Start

For many reasons, I am just now getting started on my whole30 2013. Did my first, which ended up being a whole48 last Aug and I'm looking forward to this one!

Slept late on this rainy Sunday so just had coffee before church. Lunch was raw spinach and strawberries, bacon, 2 eggs over easy cooked in bacon grease and half an avocado. Dinner will be 1/3 lb burger with tomato and guacamole on a bed of mixed greens and half a sweet potato. If I'm still hungry I'll have an apple with coconut butter. Happy to be here again!
