Yes, this would be fine but it would not be recommended to use as a breakfast alternative.  Based on the serving size, you'd get the equivalent of a half an egg each and it's very fruit, starchy carb heavy so without a lot more protein, it's probably going to leave you hungry very quickly after you eat it. Maybe as a small scoop as a side in an otherwise template breakfast?  it does look good!
