Breakfast

2 scrambled eggs, 4-5 oz steak, vegies

Lunch

not hungry

After work out

1 banana

Snack

Vegies, 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner

1 baked chicken breast

Vegies

Snack

green tea

2 handfulls of cashews
