praxisproject Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 After a silly slip and fall (not even exercising! ) I have a huge bruise on my knee and I think I damaged a blood vessel under the skin. It's not as sore as it looks and just wondering if anyone has any experience working out with something like this. I feel fine, but not sure if it's a stupid idea to be working out today.
