vegan butter cheese and unsweetened dairy free yogurt

I was wondering what dairy free items I can still have. I know it said ghee butter is okay but I need to have dairy free. Can I do a dairy free butter? Also is dairy free cheese allowed? Lastly....I eat an unsweetened dairy free cashew yogurt...is that allowed? Thank you so much for any help!

You would need to look at the ingredients of the items that you were wanting to use on the program. It's quite likely that dairy free butter and cheese are going to have non compliant ingredients so check the labels of what you're thinking of using.

The cashew yogurt is fine as long as again, the ingredients are compatible. It would be recommended to eat it as part of a template meal and not as a fruit and yogurt type breakfast item as you will get better results with the template and the recommendations.

There's a meal template that shows approximately how much of what types of things to eat.
