hinshawj Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 We are on day 7, for the past few days I've noticed that when I wake up my hands are swollen, like they usually are if I have a with a bad meal. Dairy is a sure trigger, or high salt. But I've been having neither? I read something on a forum thread about water being pulled from you tissue or something as part of the process, can someone xplain that more fully?
