I am on day 4 and feel like crap. I have multiple food sensitivities and one of them is eggs. I am only supposed to eat eggs every 2 or three days. Also excessive amounts of meat are not good for me either. I thought I could do this but feel that I will have to drop out. Feel very weak and really don't see me going on. I feel like a failure if I go back to eating the way I was but at least I felt good and had energy!
