IF and breakfast

I have done IF for years and it has been the same every morning (I am used to eating whole foods and doing the WHole30 to check on certain categories like dairy and grains) - I wake up bland and just want my coffee - I am used to eating breakfast from 10:30 on.  Two meals usually.  I have followed the routine as specified but tired of just eating something...so I can get my coffee.  On day 12.  Thoughts?
