My doctor wants me to take a fiber supplement because am having fecal incontinence all day long. Bought Optifiber same as Benefiber and now don't know if can use it or not on the plan.

Am a big salad eater and this is killing me not being able to eat such  food.

Don't know what the reason for this is but need to use fiber b4 seeing a colon doctor.

Ideally you'd find one of these supplements that is compatible with the Whole30 (no sugar/sweetners) but this is a doctor's orders type thing so just find the item most compatible with the program and use that.
