Starting plant- based after regular Whole 30

I will be finishing up my first Whole 30 program on Monday. I am interested in trying the plant based version. Curious if there is a recommended wait time before doing another round? Is it safe to start plant based right after completing my regular Whole 30?

I don't think there's any specific guidance for this.

You might consider doing reintroductions of the things you'll be having during a pb Whole30 that you didn't in your regular Whole30, just to get a feel for how you'll react and make sure none of them cause any issues for you.
