Brooke 0
I'm really new to this... I'd never even heard of Whole30 until 4 days ago when I heard someone talking about it and Googled it. It was everything my husband and I were searching for. My husband is really concerned about losing carbs and not replacing them with acceptable replacements (and currently, bread, pasta, etc. is all we can think of, which is definitely not approved.) Can anyone tell me what some good replacements would be? I believe that sweet potatoes and carrots are 2... anything else?
Moderators Tom Denham 10042 Posted June 5, 2012 Moderators Share Posted June 5, 2012 All the starchy vegetables are carbs - sweet potato, butternut squash, parsnips, carrots, yucca, turnips, rutabagas. There are lots of choices.
