MelissaM Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 Over the weekend I was faced with store bought rotisserie chicken that had a myriad of funky non-Whole30-approved ingredients. Did I ruin my Whole30 by consuming this? Must I start over from Day 1, or just keep calm and continue on knowing that my results will reflect this?
