I have found that I am losing weight without crazy fitness routines and looking for easier options to maintain my muscle tone. I have done a but of pilates on the reformer and it was fun. cpb 49 Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 Hi jtota - I do Pilates, but more for stretching out and small low intensity exercise (ie keep the body moving) rather than achieve a higher level of fitness. Should help maintain muscle tone with low intensity if you are doing a W30 as well. Link to post Share on other sites
