mrsmin15 Posted June 6, 2022 Share Posted June 6, 2022 I also struggle with dry mouth as a side effect of one of my meds and I am a gum ADDICT. This is my second Whole30 (just started today); last time around I coped with this by bringing toothbrush and toothpaste to the office and brushing my teeth frequently; drinking a ton of water, and a drop of peppermint essential oil on my tongue if I feel like I need to freshen my breath.
