sonyv 0
I am wanting to start this program but have a couple of questions. I have been Dairy Free for the past few months, so do I choose the Dairy Free book with recipes, or do the 30 plan first? I am confused....some beginner's guidance would be helpful, thank you
Moderators ShannonM816 5623 Posted July 20 Moderators Share Posted July 20 I'm not sure which book you mean by the dairy free book. All the official Whole30 books are listed here: https://whole30.com/books/ -- if you just looked on Amazon, sometimes there are books made to look like Whole30 books that are not really. If you prefer not to buy any books, you can find all the information you need to do a Whole30 for free online. Start here: https://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/. There’s a downloadable get started guide, you'll see a link somewhere on that page, you do have to put in an email address for that, but they really don't send too many emails, and you really can unsubscribe later if you want to.
