Day1 Redux

So far my second day1 is going swimmingly. Day 1,1 was foiled yesterday by covert sugar molecules in bacon bits and seasoned salt (see post - Day 0 Curse you Lawry's Seasoned Salt!).

I did not make it to the gym this morning but I vow to go after work. I just couldn't get out of bed largely due to the fact that it was freezing flipping cold in CO at 5am.

Breakfast was 3 small organic eggs, 1/2 an avocado and some homemade salsa. Washed down with some English Breakfast tea.

Lunch is packed - leftover sirloin steak from last night, salad with tomato and cucumber, leftover roasted gold beets and cauliflower and an apple.

Dinner plan - Grilled chicken breast marinated in olive oil, vinegar, garlic and basil. Brussels sprouts and salad.

I have some oxtail and stew meat thawing in the fridge for tomorrow.

Hopefully my false start will be my only mistake! I have big plans to finish on valentines day. One of the reasons I wanted to do this was to get into shape before we tried to get pregnant again.
