bkponi Posted September 11, 2022 Share Posted September 11, 2022 We used to have a really good meatloaf recipe. I believe the original may have used beef but we used ground turkey. Other key ingredients were shredded zucchini and red pepper flakes in the tomato paste sauce on top. We sourced the recipe around 2016. I also believe "mini loaves" was in the title.
